Utilities covered up to $300/month ($1,200 for the season); usage beyond that is billed back to the tenant. Utility accounts remain in the owner's name and are not transferred to the tenant. This is a seasonal residential lease, not a nightly or short-term rental.
Monthly professional cleaning beyond the two mandatory visits is available at the tenant's discretion.
Tahoe Donner member benefits are available as an optional add-on for up to four people — $150 for the full season. Benefits include access to Trout Creek Recreation Center amenities, discounts on downhill and cross-country ski passes, and other Tahoe Donner member benefits.
